Chicken & Eggplant red curry

After a few weeks spent in France, I'm back in Oz! I'm very excited as I had a big crush on this country on my first stay a few months ago in Margaret River. I will now stay in Sydney until Christmas. The only downside is that I'm staying in an appartement-hotel....

Home sweet home....

I'm currently in France for a few weeks.... stuffing myself with fromages , pain , croissants , patisseries and confit de canard . But will be back with plenty of recipes very soon!

No-knead bread update & a piece of western Australia

Staff of life
